A Short Trip to Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta

If there was one thing I really (REAAAAAAAAAAAALLY) regretted about this trip, it was that it was too short. With four days on hand, much of our activity focused on Ho Chi Minh City and nearby areas. We didn’t even get to visit the Reunification Palace. Bummer. We did get our knees dirty in the Cu Chi Tunnels, though, and got coconut fatigue in the Mekong Delta Region. And we also had pho – lots of pho – in many of them streetside stalls. Still, when one considers a return trip, there’s no way to go but up (think Hoi An, Hue, and Hanoi).
